As part of Jaguar Land Rover’s engineering division we have direct engagement with key decision makers, as well as a straight path to integration of startups’ technology and products into our vehicle environment, providing the ability to demonstrate a fully functional proof of concept.

Companies in our program receive a range of benefits during their six-month residency including investment, engagement with key decision makers, support from Jaguar Land Rover’s global and on-site design and engineering teams, strategic guidance from our Incubator staff and mentor network, access to our engineering fleet of vehicles, and designated workspace in our Portland, Oregon, office.

VENTURES WE ARE SEEKING

Jaguar Land Rover is interested in forward-looking technologies that have the potential to disrupt the automotive experience. While we seek a wide range/maturity of technologies we focus on five core areas, including: Autonomous Car, Connectivity, Computing, Intelligent Interfaces and 3rd Party Services.

Engineering and Technical Support

Work with Jaguar Land Rover Engineers and Designers
Companies will work with our in-house engineers and designers to build their products and integrate them into Jaguar Land Rover vehicles.

Funding

Up to $250,000 direct investment and services
We’ll provide up to $250,000 in a combination of direct investment and services. The agreement with each company will differ.

Learn from best-in-class industry leaders and subject-matter experts who provide a broad range of support according to the company’s needs.

Jaguar Land Rover public and private sector partnerships and more
Companies co-work with one another, engage with broader entrepreneurial and mentorship communities, and are given opportunities to leverage Jaguar Land Rovers’s public and private sector partnerships. In addition to direct introductions, Jaguar Land Rover organizes regular events bringing various communities together.

Tools and Equipment

Access to vehicles, lab, tools, etc.
Opportunity to access vehicles for joint development and technology/product integration purposes, along with loan of hardware and assistance with software from JLR development team.
